3 1/2 lb Chicken; cut up
2 tb Butter
2 tb Olive oil
1 Onion; chopped
1 Garlic clove; minced
1 Bay leaf
1/4 c Raspberry vinegar
2 tb ;Water
Salt
Pepper
Parsley, chopped; (garnish)
Heat butter and oil in a large saut
