Mr. food's shrimp diablo

Seafood Shrimp
1 lb Shrimp
2 1/4 oz Chopped green chilies,
- drained
1 tb Butter
1 md Tomato, diced
1 md Celery stalk, diced
1/2 ts Prepared yellow mustard
1/3 c Orange juice

============== ==== == Rinse the shrimp, then peel and devein them,
leaving the tails on. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high
heat, and sear the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes, or until pink. Stir in
the remaining ingredients and reduce the heat to low; simmer for 5 to
6 NOTE: Scallops or imitation crabmeat can be substituted for the
shrimp. Try it over pasta or rice, too!
