Recipe Grilled Oysters

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
24 oysters
24 very thin slices of smoked salmon (4 x 8 cm)
2 loaves baguette
3 c. unsalted butter
8 c. tablespoons dry bread crumbs
freshly ground pepper
4 metal skewers
Preparation:
1. Wash oysters and open them carefully. Filter the juice in a small saucepan. Remove oysters from their shells and put them in the pan. Bring to boil, remove from heat, drain.
2. Wrap each oyster with a slice of smoked salmon. Put 6 rolls on each metal skewer.
3. Cut 8 long slices of baguette diagonally and arrange them in 4 rows of 2 in a baking dish. Ask a skewer on each row of bread and pass under the hot grill for 4 minutes on each side.
4. Melt the butter in a pan and let them brown bread crumbs. Drag oysters skewers on warm plates and cover with toasted bread crumbs. Pepper and serve with baguette.
