1 1/4 c Granulated Sugar
2/3 c Vegetable Oil
1 lg Egg, Slightly Beaten
1 3/4 c Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1/3 c Cocoa
1 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground Cinnamon
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
