Garlic Dressing

Egg yolk 1 tb Chopped garlic
1 c Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
1 tb Sugar
1. Combine egg yolk, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt in the food
processor. Process briefly.
2. With motor running, dribble in olive oil.
3. Taste, correct seasoning if necessary, and store.
