Peppercorn Dressing

1/4 c Cream or half-and-half
3/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 ts Finely ground pepper
2 1/2 ts Cracked peppercorns
1/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan
-Cheese
2 tb Finely chopped shallots
2 tb Vinegar
1 1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Sour cream
1 tb Lemon juice

ingredients and refrigerate in jar at least 24 hours.
Makes 1 pint.
